I've been billed again...please remove charges and credit me back for July

    I've been billed again for upgrading our account for www.lincolnbbq.com.

     

    Please credit my cc back $19.00 for enhanced jotform package.

     

    I've contacted you several times regarding this.

     

    I'd appreciate a speedy response.

    This issue was solved via email on July 24th. The account was scheduled to downgrade in August 24th, but I've made the cancellation effective today.
