We have a number of Google Sheet Integrations with our JotForms and from yesterday or the day before they have stopped working ? Can you advise if there is any issue with integrations and what needs to be done to resolve those issues...

Further update to this...I tried removing the integration with the Google Sheet and then re-authenticating to re-create the integration. This created a new Google Sheet but then when I make a new submission it is not reflected in the Google Sheet.
Something has stopped working for this form and most likely my other Google Sheet integrations. Find below the form that I am using to Test this and if someone from JotForm wants to contact me I can share the Google Sheet that has been integrated.
Note this is a TEST page and does not require a purchase. JotForm support please contact me for a username and password I can provide for you to test the form yourself.
For me this is major issue as we drive other processing off the creation of an entry in the integrated Google Sheet and if that does not receive the update then the other processing stops.

Ok some final information before I wait for a Jotform Support contact. I have tested a couple of our other forms for the Integration and it appears that forms including PayPal and Google Integration may not be working for the Google Sheet updates.
Our forms that just have Google Sheet integration are updating the Google Sheet fine
The forms that include PayPal integration....the most important forms on our site are not working for Google Sheet integration. I have tested another Form for a different product than the one provided in the previous post and it showing the same problem.

I was able to reproduce the issue. It seems that PayPal form entries are not currently forwarded to associated Google Spreadsheets.
A bug report ticket has been escalated to our Development Team.
We will keep you updated via this thread.

Thanks for the notification...
What sort of timeframe can we expect a resolution to the issue and is there any workaround that we can use while we wait for a resolution ?

I do not have a ETA, but I see that the issue was marked as urgent.
In the meantime, you might consider manually downloading form data in Excel/CSV format.

Given this is urgent is there any timeframe know for a resolution ?

I have checked the status of related ticket reported by another user and I see that the issue was fixed yesterday. According to my tests the Google Spreadsheet integration is no longer having any issues on the PayPal forms.
If your spreadsheet is missing some data, I would like to suggest redoing the integration.

OK....yes it appears that this problem has now been resolved.
But disappointing that I needed to "re-integrate" all my forms with the Google Sheet to get it working again. Hopefully this problem does not re-occur.

Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. The re-integration is needed if the current sheet is not working for the form. And please note that a new sheet will be created when you re-integrate. There is no way to use the same spreadsheet again.
If the issue will happen again, please make sure to let us know so we can investigate and inform our developers about it.
