Downloading data from "Incompleted payments"

Hello,

I want to download the data from my "Incompleted payments". I was to receive all the email addresses  on my "Incompleted payments" so I can email these potential customers and hopefully get them to buy.

Can I do this?

You can manually complete the Incomplete submission payments from the Incomplete Inbox, and they will go to the completed box. Once on the completed submissions , you can now download the previously incomplete submissions. When you complete your submission it will not have any payment transaction.
