How do I change the link name

When you say "link name", were you referring to the form's direct link or URL? If so, you cannot change it completely, but you could take advantage of the custom URL that we have, you can check this guide on how to use that feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
