I have a number of "complex" forms I have created in my account. I am selling part of my business to a friend and told them that they need to set up a Jotform account. I would like to export some of my forms (those that relate to the part of the business I am selling) and have my friend import them into his Jotform account so he does not have to recreate the wheel... Is that something that is possible?
There are a total of five (5) forms I would like to be able to transfer to his Jotform account.

There are a number of ways on how to share your forms. You can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/342-How-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account
In that guide option #1 and #3 transfers the ownership of the form including their data, this means they will be removed in your account.
Option #2 is a simply copying of a form, you can clone a form as long you have the direct link of it. This does not copy the form data and submissions.
