I have this form:
After people hit submit to pay, they are taken to a blank screen and it doesn't appear the payments are going through.
I cloned the form and set it up with my Authorize sandbox account:
I did a test payment and did got a blank screen. But i do get an auto receipt in my mailbox.
Have you seen this issue this morning? Not sure if this is JOT or Authorize.
In the sandbox example, I am getting the auto receipt, but none of the information is being collected by the form

I have the same issue right now too.
The payments are being process by Authorize.net but Jotform is not capturing the registration details.

The issue has been fixed. Our team is still investigating the details and we will make sure that this does not happen again.
I am afraid that submission data for processed payments was not saved. Please ask your form users to re-submit their entries.
