Our client's uploads are failing?

Some of our clients have the ability to upload files to our form.  It seems like this upload is failing for them.  Any issues on your end?

 I tried testing our site, and out of 11 PDF files i uploaded, 4 of them failed.

Do you know if they're getting an error while uploading files or when submitting the form? Can you ask them a screenshot if possible? That would help us identify the root cause of the problem. 

We don't have an issue so far and I have just tested the file upload and it worked for me so that's either their connection or browser related error. Please ask them and let us know.

The error happens during the initial upload.  Here i tried uploading 13 files:

Once i submit it, we only get the link for the 9 files.  

File uploads should be working properly once again.  If you continue to see failed file uploads when attempting to upload them, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
