To reset your password you can go to the JotForm's page, click on the login button and click on the link "Forgot password?":
Enter either your email address or your account username:
An email will be sent to the email address associated to your account, but I've checked the email address you used to open this post and I could not find an account.
Sometimes when an email is not delivered is because of bouncing, we need to check that this is not the case and the email is being properly sent.
Please if you're not receiving the email provide us either your email address or your account, we will be glad to check why the email is not sent.
