Confused how to identifiy if my payment was successful?

    Hello,

    I just found jotform. Great service if everything works as hoped. I have set up my account with my dropbox account. I need my account to allow video file uploads as large as 2GB. I upgraded my account to premium and received the following reference number via email. Order Reference Number: 44582083

    I have since tried to uploaded a film file (mov) that was 400MB in size, but it failed. Upon review of my account it is still referencing the 'Free' version.

    I'd be grateful if you can provide me with more information,

    Hi,

    Have you tried already deleting your browser cache and cookies? If not, please give a try. Log out from your Dropbox account, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.
