Missing Submissions

Two days ago I downgraded to the free versions and still had till tomorrow on my bronze account.  It deleted all my submission besides the first newest 500 and so I payed for another month thinking they would be back on my account but they are not.  I need my submissions back immediatley.  I need stuff off them.  Techinally I was still on the bronze account and should not have been deleted yet.  Please respond.  Thank you!
