    Thank you for contacting us.

    In order to do this, you will have to get the form source code.

    Then, change all the From and To sublabels, and put that changed source code to your site.

    Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

    I am unsure of how to change the source code? I cannot edit into the source code box. I have tried copying it into Word and using the find and replace feature, which works well, but i cannot paste it back.  I have also looked for the files in the downloaded refined version.

    What you need to do is to copy and past the  full source code , as shown below:

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar

    2. Click on "Embed Form"

    setup and embed

    3. Select the Source  option

    Copy the code , paste it into Word or Notepad

    Using an HTML editor, and based on your image, you should be able to start replacing on Line 771

    There is no way to paste it back. You will need to paste that changed form source code to your web page. In other words you will be using source code embedding method on your website.

    Unfortunately, we can not provide any other solution for this.

    If something is not clear, please let us know. We will be happy to help you.

    @NoltisPrime

    It appears you've discovered the solution I was about to post: Simply load the form into the form builder, click the sub labels and when they become highlighted, edit them and save the form. Presto! You're done.

    If you need help with anything else JotForm related, be sure to let us know.

    Cheers
