    Hello

I have been using jotfom since 2009 and I have never has any problems with the service for the contrary I have been very happy with the service until 2 days ago I discover that all my forms was not visible in my website, on by the way is an online store, after searching and reviewing my account I discover that my account has been limited on views of the forms to 10000 and that I have reached 14500, I really don't understand this but how can I reach 14500 15 days if I get less than 500 submissions per month ? I tried to contact you through this Contact Jotform Support nobody answer me or call me and suddenly my account was updated to 20000 views and it start working again BUT still have a warning message that I almost reach the limit so I think maybe is not to bad but after checking  today 2-3 days later my views went up from 14500 to 16000 so this is counting so fast is very probable that my forms will disappear again and to be honest I don't have the time to stress again, I can't run a business with this type of service so my questions is do I need to find another service ? or there is a solution you can offer me for this ?

hope to hear from you soon !

My colleague answered  your question in this thread and in this thread. Please avoid opening multiple threads, so we can attend your question quickly.

Form views counter will be triggered every time somebody visits your form, no matter if it is embedded or not, it also counts if you are viewing your form as well. So form views number doesn't have to necessarily follow form submissions number.

If you have further questions please let us know.

    Thank you.
