I am taking over a job from someone whose email account is linked to the jotform. Can that jotform be transferred to me at my email address or do we need to start all over again? Thanks

Hello Kathryn, you may change your account's registered email from your Account page > then Profile - https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile
However, keep in mind that you'd need to have access to the account first in order to do this. So please coordinate with the previous owner and ask him to share the credentials with you to make the necessary changes.
