Why is the data on my google sheet lost?

why googlesheet data is lost when users sign up please help me!

Have you made any modifications directly to the Google Spreadsheet? Please note that modifying the spreadsheet can cause the integration to break.

To resolve this issue, you will need to remove the current integration. Once you have removed it, you can then re-integrate your jotform with google sheets. Please note that this will create a new spreadsheet, so you will not be able to connect to the previous one. The new spreadsheet should have all the previous data and all the new data that you may receive.
