Why isn't my form visible online?

I have previously been able to use the 'enable/disable' feature on the form to allow access within a specific period. My registration is supposed to begin at midnight today and the form, although enabled is not visible on my website. What can I do?

The form doesn't seem to be embedded on your website, which is why it is not visible there. To resolve the issue, you will need to re-embed the form to the Register page.
