Can I use conditional logic to set a word limit for the combination of words within 4 text boxes?

Hello, 

I'd like to make a form where 4 text boxes have a total word limit of 750 words. I believe that the conditional formatting would allow this if the word count can move down each time. So for instance, if I typed 200 words in the first box, then I click into the second box and the word count automatically shows up as 200/750. Then I write 300 words in the second box and I click onto the third box and the word count pops up and says 500/750.

It it is not possible to set the max size through conditions, or dynamically change it depending on another field. You can only set a specific fixed size through the form builder:
