I am testing a two new forms and received the on screen Thank You for both. I also received the notification email that someone had submitted a form (for both). I did not receive the thank email that the person entering the form should receive.
Can you help?
I am able to see system successfully sent all emails to your email address. I would suggest you to make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
