    We want to create a form that will receive information and pull certain fields into a pdf and send that pdf via email to the recipient. Is this possible?

    Thanks for contacting us. Please let me know if it is the empty form or is the submitted data that you want your users to be able to save?

    If it is the empty form that you want your users to download:

    1.  Get your form's URL by clicking Preview and copying the URL in preview window
    2.  Append the form id (the numbers in the url) to so it becomes, for example

    3.  Distribute this pdf download link to your users

    If you need more help with this please let me know.

     To enable your users to save a pdf with their submission data, you would need to send the download link to the created pdf file via the form's autoresponder.

    To learn how create an autoresponder email, please click here. After creating the autoresponder for your form, insert this link on the body of the email:{id}

    The placeholder {id} will be replace by the users' submission id, thus allowing them to download the file using this link.

     I have more threads of answered questions on this forum for more guides,

    Also, you can check our guide on editing PDFs.

    Lets know if you need further assistance on this, i hope this material helps you. Thanks for using Jotform

    Is it possible to have the PDF generated in the emailed link be custom labeled coresponding to a generated unique ID number that is on that said form?

    For example have the pdf generated be OR-21.pdf or FORM-XX.pdf instead of 2138493932789043408.pdf

    Unfortunately, we do not have such an option. However, you can get the custom labeled PDFs with both Dropbox and FTP integrations. Folder Name option is corresponding to the PDF file name.

    Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
