i made a payment last week which was taken from bank card and now for some reason you have downgraded the account for the account for the second time, Order ID:160818-3942-80734. Why am i having so many problems with you ????

I did check your account and found that your account is already in economy yearly subscription plan. It seems one of my colleague have already taken care of your account issues.
I would suggest you to please sign out form your account and then sign in again for changes to reflect.
