Adicionar campo editável no relatório.

Olá, queria adicionar um campo que dê pra eu editar no relatório, de forma que o usuário que submeteu veja a "resposta" via o Grid.

As I can understand your want to add an editable field on your report, so far is only possible to show the edit link in the report so if someone needs to edit the submitted info he/she can simply click on the link and they will be redirected to the form with the submitted info.

If you add fields to your form, then you need to add them on your report as well, if you want to remove fields, simply, un-check the wanted field in the report settings:
