Fill out form in stages - look-up based on email

Im wondering if Jotform has the capabilities for the following:

Have form recipient complete a portion of form at one time, save and be done. We get their information on our end. 

If they return to our office, we can lookup based on their email address if they have filled out the first portion of the form, and the allow them to fill in the missing extra information on the same form (not forcing them to repeat information again like their name, email, phone, etc -but to only add on further answers to questions). 

I know that you can allow recipients to complete the form in multiple sessions - but im wondering if there is some way to manage it on our end? So that we get their initial information and then just add more info?

The only way for you to be able to have capacity to review and edit a form submission is when the person actually made the submission of the form. So my recommendation for this to happen is to simply not mark the certain fields as required, let them submit the form, and you can retrieve the submission from the submissions page later on.
