I think Jotform is having a problem: the user cannot delete his numbers when he is responding to a question with a "mask" (without the mask, I don't have this problem) and on his cell phone (in the web form, I don't have this problem too).
In the image I'm trying to delete the numbers I just entered and the form does not allow me to do that, and I think it is because of the mask (___.___.___-__) that I just put in "CPF".
How can I solve that?

I am able to replicate the issue at my end using my mobile phone. It seems that the cursor is not moving back at the separator in the input field. However, clicking on the previous block and continue deleting the numbers is working fine. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. Once we have any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
