I am sorry that I couldn't get your question regarding the comments section and color codes. Could you please explain more about the issue that you are experiencing so that we can guide you in the right direction?
We will wait for your response. Thank you!

I have a form formatted for Check boxes (Pass/Fail/NA). In the forms I have these color coded Green for Pass, Red for Fail and Blue for NA. When I complete the form and I view it on website, phone or print off PDF it is not color coded. The Monthly Vehicle inspection form would be a lot easier to denote failed items if the color options were available after the form are submitted. Currently everything is black and white until I go in and format the submissions. Even with the form submissions does this take effect on all new forms submitted, even if I share the form? Will the form submission format be available in printable format for color coding?
I have well over 400 forms that will be submitted using Jotforms every month just for my system. When I go through these forms I would like to be able to pick out failed items quicker with a color format (red in this case of a white background). I have everything formatted for this on the form and it shows colors on the form when completing it but not after submission.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to get the color to be displayed in the form submissions since the form can send only the text values of the field. The form submissions will be displaying the text in the default color black only.
Hope this information helps!
