Can the submitted PDF display images imbedded in the form?

I have a set of Yes/No questions. The questions are only images. (i.e. they decide if the image is a yes or no.)

When a user submits their answers, the only thing I get to see is the Yes/No -- but not the image associated with that answer.

In the example attached, you'll see that after the question: Company URL, I only see the answers.

Another options is to "tag" what each picture is, i.e. Tree. While I would want to see what the tag is when reviewing the responses - I do NOT want the user to see these tags.

    Any suggestions?

Yes, this will be possible to do by enabling the option to show text and headers in PDF reports:

Here is an example about how it will look:

If there is content that you do not want to include on your PDF report or you need to resize the images, you can do it by customizing the PDF report, click on the PDF > Customize button while on the submissions page:

    Hope this helps.
