I have a form that colleagues use to submit details of system errors.
The system in question doesn't export the error details in any sensible way so they're forced to capture screen-shots.
Some users are struggling to cope with creating a .png/jpeg etc from a screen shot 1) they're not technically savy enough and 2) it's perceived to be too lengthy a process

Thank you for contacting us. I am not sure that I understand your issue correctly. As far as I understand, you want to let your users share the details of the system errors on their submission without saving the screenshot of it. is it correct? Could you please provide more information about the system errors? Maybe we can assist more properly at that time. We will wait for your response.

Hi Beril
It's not errors with the form but errors from our Point-of-Sale system I want to capture.
At the moment they user needs to
1.Screenshot
2.Add to MS Paint
3. Save As...
4. Add attachment via one of your widgets
Is there a way to short-cut this and they simply go
1. Screenshot
2. CTRL+V and paste screen shot into a box
Thanks

Hello,
Unfortunately, I could not find any workaround that would help reduce your current steps. The user has to manually browse for the file before it will be uploaded to the form. However, dragging and dropping files to the multiple file upload field is possible, that might at least make it a little convenient.
We also have drag and drop file upload widget, this might help. http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/drag_and_drop_upload
If you have further questions, let us know.

I am also not sure about this but might as well help. We have a take a photo widget. Your users can use the camera connected to their PC and use it to take a picture of the error and upload it straight from your form.
Hope this helps!
