I checked this form (https://www.jotform.com/60834874530964) and I was able to replicate the issue. The form freezes and my browser crashed. I tested this problem in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

The issue is still present in the cloned form. I saw that you have 79 conditions, I tried removing all of them and then suddenly the form stopped locking up. Here's a screenshot:

I checked your conditions and I didn't see any problems with it. To better assist you with your concern I would like to ask you a couple more questions so we can analyze the situation and provide you with the necessary troubleshooting steps.

    a. How long have you had this issue?

    b. Have you made any recent changes on your form that might have caused this problem?

I'm not sure if it would help but I cleared your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

Let us know if you're still having issues. Thank you.

I have not made any recent changes to the forms.  They were working fine and then all of a sudden they stopped.  It may go back til Aug 19th but I can't say for sure.  I saw someone else saying they had the exact same problem.  Their forms were working and then all of a sudden they locked up and crashed.

I believe this is probably an issue on your end.  We have not changed the forms.

I just noticed it the other day. I don't know how long it's been happening.   I'll check with the lady , Laura, who takes care of my jotforms to see if she's made any changes.

I am able to replicate the issue with two of the forms. I notice that there are some console errors, but it is also freezing my browser. Please allow me some time to check this up and get back to you. Also, please verify if there are changes made to the form recently.

    Thanks!

I have checked the form revision history and see that there are no changes made to the form in the past 3 weeks. It seems that there is an issue with the conditions or calculations. Let me forward the issue to our backend team to take a look. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

We had an intermittent issue with form calculations. This should be fixed by now.

    Kindest regards,

I just tested these forms across multiple browsers and they worked well.

Can you please try clearing your browser's cache?

I've checked the form and it is working fine in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

Here's a screen capture of your working form:

May I ask what browser are you using when viewing your form?

If your form is still not working, let us know. Thank you.

I have tested this form and see that it is working fine without any issue at my end. The calculations on the form are calculated and displayed without any latency. Please see the screencast below:

Please check it once again after clearing the browser cache as suggested by our colleague. If you are still experiencing any issues, let us know the browser and OS that you are using to see if we can replicate the issue at our end.

    Thanks!

Can you please check one more thing?

We have one form set up with 2 options. Depending on your option choice you get redirected to

    a different form.

This is the first form - https://form.jotform.com/60834972039967

If you choose the print only option it redirects fine to this form

    https://form.jotform.com/60834874530964?primaryEmail=lbtallman2@gmail.com

If you choose the print and mail option it is supposed to redirect to this form

    https://www.jotform.us/form/60835574678975

but instead ends up on a 405 Not Allowed page

I can't seem to find the reason why.  Can you please help?

Since we can assist with only one issue / question per thread I have moved your new question to a new thread here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/918013 where we will be replaying back shortly.
