Sub account user is not able to view submissions of the shared form

    Vi have a subuser in jotform that have created and modified a form: https://form.jotformeu.com/62241442471347

     

    But is not able to see submitions......

    Please help..

    I have checked your account and you have seven sub account users. Which user is not able to view submissions of the shared form? Can you please provide us email address or username of that user. 

    Also make sure that you have allowed that user to view submissions of the shared form. You need to check view submissions option of the shared form.
