Mobile users can't see form

Hi, So I created an order form and put the link on my FB post to share. When I click on it from my mobile app it says Can't Connect, The link isn't working.... how can I make it to where people on their phones can access my form?

I have checked your recent form (https://www.jotform.com/62354142330141) in my Android based mobile. And your Form is loading properly in mobile. 

Please let me know, if you are referring another form.

Also please note, Facebook doesn't support the Tab option on its mobile website. So you cannot see the tab option when viewing the form fb page using mobile apps option.

It seems to be an issue for people with an iPhone for some reason. 

I test your form https://www.jotform.com/62354142330141 on an iphone browser and it was working just fine 

Were you not able to see the same? Was your form embedded on a website? If it was, please share also to us the URL of your website were the form was used so that we can also test.
