    Error Message When My Form is Integrated with Both AWeber and MailChimp

    Hi our web form when submitted is bringing up the following error - could you look into this?

    Your form is fine here. Can you please recheck it again? Thanks.

    If the problem still persist, try opening your form on the form builder and resave it once. See if that helps.

    Hi the form is there, but the problem is when you submit it, it brings up the error and doesnt go through to to the thank you url or send out the auto responder emails. Ive now just seen that it is submitting the form details to another form we have?? You can see the submissions on the jotform submission tables - but this is a completely different form? Which may mean we may have not lost the details but it is not working as it is meant to?

    Hi,

    Thanks, I think I have missed that. I just checked your form and found two active integrations which are MailChimp and Aweber, I think this causes the problem. To further troubleshoot this, can you please try to remove the aweber integration and see if that fixes the problem?

    Nevertheless, I have submitted this problem to our developers to go with the further investigation. We'll keep you posted if we received any information's abou this. Please stay tuned. Thanks!

    Until we fix this problem, please do know use both AWeber and MailChimp integration together. We will post an update here when that is possible.

    dan1971, I have cloned your form and integrate these 2 integrations but I couldn't replicate this bug again. Can you create a form with these 2 integrations again please? I want to test it with your form.
