I was wondering if I could create a form that would be (for instance) one page.
The person filling the form (employee) labels inputs, such as Client A, Client B, so on...completes the form and submits. The email would result in Client A only recieving Client A inputs and Client B only recieving Client B inputs.
Example
08/24/16 REPORT
16:30 CLIENT A arrived at location and checked the water pump pressure. Within paprmeters
16:45 CLIENT B arrived on property and locked gate. No other problems to report
17:05 CLIENT B called back to property to assist with a lock out on room 1234. Issue resolved.
17:32 CLIENT A unlocked gate 5 on request of John Smith. No other activity
SUBMIT BUTTON
Client A now recieves an email which would display only:
16:30 CLIENT A arrived at location and checked the water pump pressure. Within paprmeters
17:32 CLIENT A unlocked gate 5 on request of John Smith. No other activity
Client B would recieve an emila only showing entries related to Client B.
I was thinking in the example, the client selection would be a drop down selection box or something of that nature. Just unsure about the back end of the resulting email "cherry picking" the information. Thanks

You can achieve this using the Conditional E-mail feature of the form.
Check the user guide on how to here: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-Selection
You can create multiple email template, and then use condition logic to send the approriat email to the target recipient base on the response/answer on the form.
Let us know how we can be of further assistance.
