For some reason, my final button "submit clinic registration" is not showing??

    I have inspected your form https://www.jotform.com/40445460892962 and submit button "submit clinic registration" is located under Form Collapse field Register 8. When that field is open, submit button will be shown.

    However if you want that submit button is shown even when Form Collapse field Register 8 field is closed, then you would need to add one additional form collapse field to your form, right above submit button and set Status of that field to Open and Visibility to Hidden.
