My form is unavailable.

    On the website that my form is embedded onto, the form is missing.

     

    Also, when I select to view the form from jotforms it says that the form is unavailable (I attached a picture).

    Hello stagesoffreedom,

    I checked your form and found the problem. As I can see you limited your form with 50 submissions. You have reached 50 submissions which is your submission limit for this form and that is why your form is disabled. You can change your limit from Preferences.
