When does my subscription expire?

    I'm unable to login using by username and password.  I need to know what the issue is.

    I have just checked your account, and I am able to see your account's subscription type is "Bronze", and it is still active.

    The next billing date of your account subscription is January 7th, 2017.

    If you are unable to login to your account by the username "jillchaffee", then I would suggest you to click on Forgot Password link, and you will get instruction to reset your password on your email address.
