I want to create labels/section headers to identify different sections of the form. I used a Text block, but there's such a huge amount of space below the section header and the fields within that section. Is there a better way to do this?
Also, on the "Check Box" field - can we create a fill-in blank to get more information. For instance, when we ask them to check which social media sites they are on, we'd like a fill-in blank next to Twitter and Instagram to get their handle.

You can remove the vertical space by going into the form designer:
1) Click on the Designer icon.
2) Then under Line Layout, you can reduce the vertical padding and line spacing
