I have been working on several forms and the Auto Response that goes to the person filling out the form doesn't seem to be working properly. I've tested two different forms, checked settings. It works when I test from email settings but obviously sends to the email i'm using to create the forms. I've had two different people test as if they were the person submitting the form and they never received an email response.

A ticket has been sent to our developers to see if we can allow custom text email autoresponder without the form data. There is no ETA for when it can be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates.

Autoresponders for encrypted forms should now be sent properly.
However, please do note that field values cannot and will never be available in unencrypted format, simply because field values are encrypted before they are sent to our servers.
