When you create a sub-user, he/she will receive a message similar to the one below.
The sub-user must then create an account.
I see that you have created 2 sub-users.
Which one is having problem? What is the error message you are receiving while logging in?
Our sub users have not received any emails (I have access to both those email accounts).
Should I delete them and recreate the sub users?

Did you check the spam/junk folder of the emails? If the emails are not there, yes, please try recreating the sub-users.
