We are unable to submit our forms - Page cannot be displayed

I have tested both forms you provided, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I successfully submitted your forms and I got redirected to thank you page.

Are you still unable to submit your forms? When you try to submit your forms is submit button stuck on "please wait.." or are you redirected to submit page with incomplete values? If possible please provide us a screenshot. 

In case that your forms are embedded and you are not able to submit your embedded forms, please provide us URL of your webpage, so that we can test your forms there.

I do not know what you mean by embedded forms.  This is within our network so I cannot give you the URL to test with.
