Monthly Submission Maximum

Can you tell me what happens if I exceed the monthly submission maximum of 100 for my free account?  Also, if I clear out my submissions before I reach the 100, does the number counter reset itself back to zero or is it a continuous count?

As a free user you can receive up to 100 submissions per month. If you receive more that 100 submissions your account will go overlimit and your forms will be disabled. 

When that happens you can upgrade your account to any of the paid plans to get higher limits and to enable your forms immediately. You can find more about different account type on our pricing page.

However if you don't want to upgrade, you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero which will be on every first day of the following month.

Deleting submissions will not affect number of submissions available for that month.
