I have checked the email log of system, and I am able to see, system successfully sent form submission notification email to your email address "email@example.com". So probably that email should be in JUNK or SPAM folder of your mailbox.
I would suggest you to please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
