Point of contact and customer querie

    Hi there

    My name is Nick I am the social media coordinator for Marketing at Air New Zealand.


    A customer of our has gone rouge on our facebook page saying not to use any of our forms because the information is collected by a third party. We have gone back to tell him that our forms are fully secure and safe to use (we love your service her in the social team and always reccomend it) but he is not convinced.

    We were just wondering if you might have been able to write us a statement regarding the access you have to the personal information we collect so we can go back to the customer.


    Also we would love to have a sit down with a member of your team at some point (skype coffee?) to catch up. As we use your system quite frequently on theflyingsocialnetwork.com here at air new zealand it would be great to have a point of contact to discuss how we can better use your systems and the options avaliable.

    Regarding the question about access we have to data. Yes, our staff has access to your data but we will only access it to administration purposes such as if you report a problem on your account. But, we will never access your data for any other purpose or share it with any third party.
