I get emails from form #33044047097856 on my www.imagemat.com website but when I log onto my jotforms account as mgross144 or firstname.lastname@example.org I don't see that form. Could I have a second account or is my form on someone else's account ( like my old website developer) and it just forwards the info to my email? I need to make changes to the form and I can't access it. Please help. I already submitted this question but the person didn't seem to understand my problem. I can be reached at 954-630-2200. I see that the form 33044047097856 is associated with a different account yachtmediagroup. You may login to this account so that you can find the form. If you do not have the password of the account, you may request for a password reset so that the password reset instructions shall be sent to the registered email address a***y@ya*******roup.com.
