I have a registration form set up. Can you look at it to see why folks are having trouble getting it to work? I've had a couple comments that the submission button keeps saying "just loading" or "still loading" something along that line. What have I done wrong that it is not allowing them to easily submit?

I have checked the JotForm in your account and see that it is disabled. However, I have enabled and tried submitting the form to test it. I see that the submission went fine from my end and it displayed Thank you page.
