Customers are submitting and I am not getting anything by email OR when I view in my account.
Can you take a look? Are we capped out?

I don't see anything wrong with your form. You account is active and no limits has been reached yet. I also made a test submission and I did not encounter any problems with it. Can you check if you're having issues on your end with any of your forms?
