Why I'm not receiving submission emails?

    Hi - I've suddenly realised that I've not receievd emails from potential cllients for a while.

    I sumitted two test emails during the last 2 hours and these have not arrived. I looked into the admin of my form and see that people have submitted the form but these have never arrived. Gratefl for your urgent advice.

    I checked in our logs your email, associated with the form, and it is not in our Bounce list as you can see below:

    Could you please check if your submissions ended in Junk/Spam folder by any chance?

    I saw also that your email was in Bounce list, but then it was removed and you had successful submission:

    Dear Nik_C,
    Thank you very much.
    Abut half and hour ago I received a message from Denis (JotForm) advising
    that my email was on the bounce list and he removed it.
    I also know how to check that myself.
    So all is well - appreciate your assistance.
