Merge two forms into one form

I have completed 2 separate forms that need to be sent together when required, how can we do this?

You can merge separate forms by using the Field Manager App (http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/). Here's a guide:

1. Open the http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/ and just follow the steps given by the app.

2. Choose the form one and form two that you want to merge. Please check the screen capture below:

3. When you're done merging the forms. Go back to the My Forms page and open the form one (main form).
