The forms that people submitted back to us all had my emails in the excel ....not theirs? Is there a way to know who submitted the form.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that all the submissions of your JotForm is having your email id instead of the user's email id? I have checked your last edited JotForm titled "Invitation to Speak at CHC-Quebec City" and see that there are 3 submissions.

The forms that people submitted back to us all had my emails in the excel Screenshot 20

I have tried submitting the form and see that my email address is displaying correctly. Are you referring to a different form? If so, please let us know the form ID so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

    Thank you!

That is correct.... their submissions came back with my name and email so I am unable to tell who submitted the answers.  It was sent to only 4 people.  Are you able to see at your end who they are?

The only data we have on our end is what is collected in the form.  If the user entered your data in the form instead of their own, that was the data that was collected.  We do not have any further data other than what you can see from the submission view.
