I'm pretty non plussed right now with your company. My non profit is in the midlde of a contest requiring payment and submission and I've just been all of a sudden notified there is no form.
After deleting all of my saved submission and still not getting the form back I find that the limit is because of payment transactions. Your pricing option say NOTHING about the limits on payment transactions.
On top of that, I am trying to now upgrade with the non profit option and it does nothing when I click on it. Just takes me back to my own account page....

Under the Free plan, we do indeed state that Free accounts can receive 10 payments per month:
Deleting submissions does not clear up space as these limits are monthly, not storage.
