On autoresponder email is there a way to include all check box options (checked and unchecked)

I have a checklist of items that I want to provide feedback on, but currently the autoresponder email only includes items that have been checked.  Is there a way to include all items, but signify which ones have been checked or unchecked? 

You might consider trying the Checklist widget fields. They do list all the options.

Note, that this is not safe to remove fields from your live form since associated submission data will be removed too.

I would like to suggest testing this on a cloned version of your form.
