Is it possible for their to be a unique Upload field for each product in the basket?

I run an printing shop and the problem we are facing is when a customer places an order for multiple items and submits their design, they dont always make it clear which designs are needed for a particular item.

If possible could their be a unique Upload Field to be generated, for each item in their basket?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I also checked your account and it has only one form which has two upload field and one text box. I was not able to find any JotForm added in your website.

I would suggest you to please explain your requirement a bit more in detail and we will surely help you. You may also like to share a screenshot where you want to add an upload field.

Apologies I will see if I can epxplain better what I mean.

Presently when a customer places an order, for example 100 business cards, once they have made their payment they can then upload their business card file to the Jot file upload, as you saw with the blue envelope, and their order can then be processed.  This is fine.

It gets a little more complicated if the customer decides to purchase more of the same product.
For example 100 Business Cards and also 50 Business Cards, and another 50 Business cards.
The Order now has 3 Items (100, 50 & 50 Business Cards).  They upload 3 files, however how will we know which files are for which item in the order?

So I was wondering if possible in a case such as this when there are multiple purchases of a product, if it were possible that when it comes to them uploading the file, that there could in fact be designated upload for each Item purchased in the order.

I did check your form and found that you only have one textbox where user can add more orders. You can add one textbox for each other and then also add a file upload field for each order.

I have added three order textbox and each textbox has its own upload field as well. I have also added condition to show hide desired number of form fields.

The labels are adjustable, so you can re-name them to indicate the corresponding fields.
