My payment did not go through today becauase I am using a new paypal account now. Please Help me figure out how to pay for my service.

    Your account will be downgraded tomorrow, you just need to follow the upgrade process again with your new paypal account.

    If you want we can co-ordinate the process between us now or over the next few hours and do it manually, where we would revert your account to FREE then inform you so that you are able to quickly re-upgrade to Premium.

    OK, thats done. Please log out of your JotForm account and log back in then work the normal upgrade process.

    I will keep an eye here and make sure there is no issues with your forms while you do that.
